Your elopement will take place at the stunning Yuulong Estate in Scotsburn. Yuulong is a working cattle farm nestled at the foothills of Mount Buninyong. The estate boasts expansive landscaped gardens and a picturesque lake, creating a beautiful and serene backdrop for your special day. Your ceremony is planned to be held outdoors overlooking Yuulong’s private lake. However, in the case of unfavourable weather (e.g., rain), the ceremony will be relocated to the estate's charming, refurbished Woolshed or a short stroll to the refurbished Scotsburn Church. Adore Elopements will provide bottled water for the couple and witnesses as a minimum. Additional beverage options are available through our drinks packages. Please Note: No additional alcohol may be brought onto the property due to liquor licensing laws, unless prior approval is granted by the owners of Yuulong Estate.
Your ceremony will be officiated by Registered Celebrant Kellie Dunn. Kellie will be in touch with each couple prior to the elopement to discuss and create a personalised ceremony, as well as to outline all legal requirements. Please note: For legal purposes, the contact details provided by couples to Adore Elopements will be shared with Kellie Dunn to ensure proper preparation and documentation for your ceremony.
Elopements are intended to be intimate ceremonies with just two witnesses. However, we understand that there are special people in your life who you may wish to share this meaningful moment with. While a guest count of up to 15 people is preferred to maintain the intimate atmosphere, additional guests are welcome upon discussion. Adore Elopements is more than happy to chat with you about tailoring the experience to suit your needs.
Your special moments will be captured by Emma Menhennet, owner of Menny Moments Photography and Director of Adore Elopements. Emma will be present throughout your full 2-hour elopement package to beautifully document the day. Emma will thoughtfully capture and edit 150 stunning images, presented in a beautifully curated digital gallery, approximately 8 weeks from elopement date. Couples will also receive a UBS filled with timeless memories to cherish forever.
Your elopement florals and styling will be created by Anna Harmes, owner of Just Peachy Creations and former owner of Fiori Arte Florist – Ballarat. With over 10 years of experience designing wedding florals, and as a talented wood artist, Anna brings a unique and creative touch to every arrangement. Each couple will receive: One bouquet for the bride One buttonhole for the groom You’ll have the option to choose between a traditional or whimsical bouquet, in either bright or pastel tones. Anna will personally consult with each couple to ensure your floral vision is brought to life. Both the bouquet and buttonhole are yours to keep as a lasting memento of your day. In addition, Just Peachy Creations will style the ceremony space with beautiful floral arrangements, such as arbour or pillar displays. These ceremony arrangements are provided as decorative hire and will remain on the property at Yuulong Estate. Further styling includes decorative touches throughout the ceremony area, such as welcome signage, directional signs, and other curated details to enhance the overall
Live music for your ceremony will be performed by the talented Troy Elliott. Troy will play during the ceremony and immediately afterward, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere for your special moment. Music will pause while the couple is moving around the venue for photography. Troy offers a curated list of songs for couples to choose from in advance, and he’s always happy to accommodate special requests to make your day even more personal and memorable.

In the RARE event Adore Elopements have no choice but to cancel the Elopement package for any reason, all monies paid will be refunded in full.
